Terms of Trade

By using www.keepsakebouquets.co.nz you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. All website transactions with Keepsake Bouquets will be in accordance with the following:

Substitution Policy

At Keepsake Bouquets, we aim to create your chosen product as closely as possible to what’s shown. However, availability of certain flowers and containers can vary. Our website images represent the style, colour palette, and types of flowers typically available, but some substitutions may be necessary. We will always choose alternatives that are as close as possible to your selection.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. If a product is unavailable and no suitable substitution can be made, we will contact you as soon as possible. You’ll then have the option to accept a substitution, postpone, or cancel your order.

Delivery / Shipping

We will endeavour to deliver all orders on your selected date. Please refer to our Order & Delivery page for details on delivery cut-off times, delivery areas, and schedule. Our orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Note: We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Couriers very seldom deliver on a Saturday.

Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. If an incorrect address is given, redelivery may be possible but may incur additional charges. If delivering to a gated property, please provide gate access instructions. If our courier cannot gain access, the order will be returned to our premises for collection.

Check you’ve selected the correct delivery option during checkout. Rural deliveries require a delivery fee and are not free shipping. Please purchase a rural charge at checkout. We may contact you for additional payment before dispatch.

We do not personally deliver outside of Whangārei, we use a courier for this service.

We offer FREE delivery to residential addresses in New Zealand these areas are at the discretion of our courier service. We are governed by their boundaries.

SHOP items include GST and Delivery – YES, including delivery to a New Zealand residential address!

SHOP items are mostly pre made so we can ship them promptly. North Island Deliveries are 1-2 days mostly and South Island delivery’s are usually 3-4 working days.

A small extra fee is required for rural deliveries at checkout. Rural deliveries are zoned by our courier service. For rural delivery’s please allow a few extra days on top of these days for delivery. Local Whangarei deliveries we can usually do the same or following day. Same day residential Whangarei delivery cut of time is 1pm.

Refunds / Returns

At Keepsake Bouquets, we take pride in delivering beautiful arrangements. If your flowers arrive damaged or you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the issue, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Please order in advance or call for a short time line as we don’t refund for courier missing a deadline.

General

All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.

All quotes are plus GST and Delivery.

Transactions made through our website will appear on your credit card statement as Keepsake Bouquets.

We use Payment Express to securely process online credit card transactions. We do not collect or store your credit card details. You’ll be redirected to a secure page hosted by Payment Express to complete your purchase.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your contact details will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party. We collect only the information necessary to process your order, and all personal details remain strictly confidential.

Deliveries Throughout New Zealand

Most of our dried and flax bouquet arrangements can be shipped nationwide via Aramex and NZ Post (tracking included):

North Island (non-rural): Usually 1-2 Days. Please allow extra time for rural addresses.
South Island (non-rural): Usually 3-4 working days. Please allow extra time for rural addresses.
We offer FREE delivery to residential address in NZ these are at the discretion of and governed by of our couriers. Rural deliveries can be shipped but require an extra charge purchased at checkout.

Delivery times are subject to delays due to weather conditions and inter-island ferry services. Aramex NZ Post typically operates Monday to Friday only.
