Can I order by phone?

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We take PayPal, credit cards, internet banking and cash.

We are happy for you to layby your flowers. Just let us know and we can work a plan to suit you.

About the ‘Buy now’ products

Buy now items include GST and Delivery – YES, including delivery! For all New Zealand addresses.

Buy now GIFT items in our shop are mostly pre made so we can ship them promptly. North Island Deliveries  are 1-2 days mostly and  South Island delivery’s are usually 3 working days. For rural delivery’s please allow a few extra days on top of these days.
If you would like a delivery on a specific day let us know and we can see what we can do for you.

Buy now items can also be shipped promptly usually within 5 working days from payment clearing. During the summer months they can be delays due to high numbers of customer orders and pre bookings some year/s in advance. Please let us know if you need your order urgently and we can see if we can help you to get your items faster. This may not always be possible so please allow for this when ordering. We will also let you know promptly if it is not humanly possible.

Sorry, we do not refund for change of mind.

 

Deliverys

Please check you addresses carefully. We are not at fault for incorrect addresses supplied!

All our “buy now” items are free delivery to New Zealand addresses.

Let us know if you wish to send to Australia or other country’s and we’ll get a delivery quote to you.

Getting a quote

Quotes will be done as soon as possible. During the summer months this may take a bit longer due to the work load that time of the year. We will some times prioritise some quotes before others due to the dates of the weddings or events, but we will get to every one as quickly as we can.

A NON refundable booking fee/deposit is required to confirm a quote. This will come off the balance of the total due. You can still make changes to your order, the deposit will confirm and hold a time space for you. You can never book to early! And we are limited to how many weddings we can do for each date.

Once your booking has been confirmed and it is your turn in the que we will send you draft pictures so you can see your order as it progresses. Because we know not every one can invisage or put in words the look they are after.

All Orders are to be paid in full before delivery or collection.
Yes we can do a lay by on your wedding order.

Our quotes are plus GST and delivery.

Our confirmed wedding orders/quotes are booked into a calender system to ensure we can get every ones orders to them in time.

We usually have your flowers delivered to you 2 weeks prior to the date required and in the less busier months even sooner (some times 3-4 weeks) so that can be one thing off your list.
(this of course doesn’t apply to fresh)

We can service all of Northland for you fresh wedding flowers. We can quote delivery and set up if needed. Or you can collect your fresh wedding flowers, but it must be on the DAY OF the wedding.

 

The process

Once you have confirmed your booking with the deposit and it is your turn. We will start to send pics of the order or draft bouquets so you can see them progress. At that stage it is possible to make a few changes if necessary before we finish them. And you get a visual on what they will look like. We know not every one can put into words the look they are after.

Once you have said they are just what you are after we will then finish them for you and send more pics of the completed bouquets/order.

We will then ask for the order to be paid for in full. (Less the deposit or any layby payments.) We will then box them and confirm and double check the delivery address and then ship them to you. We will email you the track and trace number so you can track your parcel.
